  • Streamlined the TN VISA process and I-94 extensions for 12 employees, resulting in cost savings of approximately $240,000 over six years.
  • Increased employee satisfaction scores by implementing various programs and benefits resulted in a positive work environment. In 2021, we received 33 survey submissions with a score of 95 in the Best Place to Code contest. In 2022, the number of submissions increased to 83, with a score of 97. This represents an increase of 151.5% in the number of submissions received.
  • Led the recruitment of 8 generations of trainees, with each generation having between 8 and 40 trainees, resulting in 125 trainees hired and trained over six years.
