  • Refunding users with issues with double payment or fraudulent charges, guidance of troubleshooting the app for mobile devices or TV devices. Responding to emails that the clients sent in for assistance with a troubleshooting article, Assist through the chatbots for the same inquires.
  • Take inbound calls and assist as SD agent with password reset, computer troubleshooting, installation of software (apps) and guidance on installation of hardware, report any possible major issue, creation of tickets through the ticketing system SNOW, SME role responsible for managing people in shift, supervisors or any other management role. Contacting L2 teams for assistance with any MIM or getting assistance with any previous escalation issue.
