At Zion & Ebenezer I started as an accountant auxiliary, i lasted 4 months in that position and then moved to the customer service area, Over there I started also as an auxiliary, and the I got promoted as a leader of the areabecause of my great performance and good comments from the customers, dealt with several ERP like ASPEL, MBA, SAP Business One making invoices, calculating required raw material quantities etc, I was in charge of half of the Mexican electrical market with customers Like ABB, Siemens, Plexus, I developed the business for copper, aluminum and steel for those customers, giving follow-up to the PO´S, lead times, logistics and even international trades, the company has grown a 100% each year from 2018, so that provided me with enough contacts, expertize and experience to be able to develop at least half of the mexican sales market of electrical, automotive IT, mechanical industries, I also received specific trainings in the area such as sales, nearshoring, Disney customer experience and leadership courses.
