- Reduced and controlled SCRAP in BAM, ITP Aero Mexico and ITP Aero Hucknall in 85% educated to suppliers, implemented strict indicators and got support from managers to recover significant cost of poor quality.
- Development and Implemented new project for delegation of inspection to the operative personal and it got to reduced time for delivering parts of 5 to 3 days.
- Reduced customer claims to key supplier in ITP Aero company, non re-incidence: 83 claims per year to 12 per year in Mexico and 12 claims to 3 per year in ITP Aero Hucknall.

- Implementation of process chemical products control to all plants in Bombardier Aerospace Mexico in order to reduce cost and extend the expiration date. Saving Cost around of 550,000 pesos per month.
