I always like to expand my self, reading is always one of the best ways to go, either to learn something new, to nurture my self in emotional matters, or to just go to another reality with some fiction, reading is always my go to. I LOVE dancing, music is in my bones, helps me express my self through a song or dancing. Sports in some form has ALWAYS been a part of life sense a child, from swimming, to basketball, volleyball, dancing ballet, jazz, flamenco, to starting a fitness journey at age13 when I decided to change my life and habits, became a coach at a early age of 18 and nutritionist at 19, I love the gym and working out, Pushing my limits and what your body can become, I love long walks in the forest and always moving my body and transforming my energy.
