• Regarding lease agreements, I am directly involved in their negotiation and drafting for various properties and assets used by NexusTours in different LATAM countries
• These lease agreements may pertain to office spaces, warehouses, equipment, or vehicles essential for our transportation, tours and excursions, watersports activities, and Destination Management Company services sectors
• My role also includes overseeing contract revisions and negotiations
• This involves identifying and addressing areas of concern in existing contracts, renegotiating terms when necessary, and ensuring that all contractual agreements align with NexusTours' best interests and legal requirements
• Furthermore, I play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance
• Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, I ensure that NexusTours operates within legal frameworks in all the countries we serve
• In addition, I take charge of NexusTours' insurance policies, assessing coverage needs, negotiating favorable terms, and handling claims management
• My collaboration with insurance providers ensures that any disputes or issues are addressed promptly and resolved in the best interest of the company
• As a legal counsel with extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation matters my goal is to seek the most favorable outcomes for the organization while minimizing legal risks

During this period, I made the decision to start my own office, taking on the responsibility of providing comprehensive legal advice to clients.
