  • Responsible for the hotel operation of 900 rooms and 11 Restaurants
  • Active participation in the design and review of the hotel's expansion to 1,800 rooms and 10 additional Restaurants, plus a complete family entertainment proposal (2025)
  • Increase of 10 points of the GOP in 4 years through the correct budget control and effective strategies to reduce expenses
  • Maintain the following certifications for 4 consecutive years: 5 Diamonds, 4 Forbes Stars and Earthcheck
  • Achievement of the first Michelin star for Há Restaurant, Signature Cuisine (May 2024)
