Throughout my most important project, entitled "Life", I have dedicated 9 years of effort and commitment to the tourism and hotel industry. During this time, I have obtained the necessary tools to resolve any different situations that I had with each guest. I have to ability to listen and pay attention to every request that I attended in my shifts, with experience I have become more understanding, patient and less likely to take things personally; before making a decision, I think about and analyze the advantages and disadvantages that action might bring, as the saving goes "Think before you act"

Every day I spent time in this field, I noticed that I have learned to identify and classify the different personality types we know daily and how to approach them respectfully and make them feel at home.

I am a person who enjoy challenges and learning every day, therefor, I am looking for a position where I can develop my skills, make a positive impact on the company and grow professionally.
