I worked at the quality department for 6 months during my internship, following up notifications or complaints that the customer had. Moreover, I supervised that the quality procedures were done correctly, applying corrective actions if needed. Also, I participated in 8D problem solving process, Gemba walks, and meetings with high frequency in which aspects such as customer complaints, IPPMs and corrective actions were reviewed with the purpose of improving the process by reducing defects and quality concerns.
