· Lead and supervise technicians and operators in repair and manufacturing support activities.

· Perform failure analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic products.

· Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on quality enhancement, productivity improvement, and waste reduction.
