I am dedicated to making sure the client’s desires are outlined and understood prior to starting the system design. From initial concept to final construction, We have procedures in place for thorough communication. We clearly document the client’s scope of work requirements using detailed reporting methods. This process ensures that we are engineering a system based on the customer’s goals for functionality, system aesthetics and performance.
Our goal is to design and effectively communicate the best solution
that meets the project scope and budget requirements.
In charge of coordinating the audiovisual systems design engineers, deciding which project each engineer is going to design, reviewing each design, reviewing bids and deciding in which it is viable to participate, performing ductwork seeding in drawings according to the project, connection diagrams in AutoCAD. Have the Showroom in good condition and working order for Demos with customers, review of new technologies for improvements in Showroom. Coordination when assigning an engineer to perform surveys requested by sales representative.
Audiovisual design of several projects of Videoconference rooms, boardrooms, council rooms, war rooms, crisis rooms, control and monitoring centers, auditoriums, as well as bids, market studies, support to sales representatives with pre-sales work, programming of Extron control systems and Biamp audio processors.
In charge of the proper technical operation of the recording and broadcasting studios of the radio station in CDMX and Cuernavaca. Support to National Manager with various technical activities in all Capital Media Group stations. Support to station users in technical issues.
We carried out surveys with clients regarding their needs, made diagrams and preliminary projects, once the sale was finalized we installed the audiovisual systems, leaving everything in perfect operation and to the full satisfaction of the client, training was given until perfect mastery by the client and after-sales follow-up.
As part of the foreign product sales team, I was making prospecting calls to reactivate inactive clients, I supported my colleagues in the area with quotations and order follow up, and I went on visits to clients to follow up on projects and attend to main clients.
Coordination of a crew of 15 people and 10 installation units to cover approximately 70 installations per day throughout Mexico City, assignment of services to be performed by unit as well as routes and follow up to each installation leader to ensure the completion of all assigned services in time agreed with customer and report the minimum overtime to supervisor, attention to hard customers with service guarantees and problem solving, inventory of tools in each installation unit, analysis of installation quality and attention to areas of opportunity, training of new installers, weekly report of each service performed by each installation unit.
Audiovisual installations such as Home Theater, screen assemblies of various sizes, calibration of LCD and LED screens, creation of Wi-Fi networks, complying with the quality standards requested by Geek Squad ensuring full customer satisfaction and training until perfect mastery by the client.
Support was given to the Lead Installer in order to learn and understand the installation processes and the quality required for a professional Geek Squad installation, and to learn how to deal with customers and solve common problems in order to be able to solve them on their own.
