Objetivo:

  • Supervisar, coordinar y optimizar las operaciones del servicio técnico en la región sureste, asegurando la atención oportuna, eficiente y de alta calidad a las cadenas comerciales asignadas (Walmart, Liverpool, Toks, Chedraui, Soriana, etc.), garantizando la satisfacción del cliente, cumplimiento de KPIs y estándares técnicos.
    Responsabilidades Principales:
    • Coordinar y supervisar al equipo técnico regional (propio y subcontratado).
    • Planificar visitas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a tiendas de las cadenas asignadas.
    • Visitar tiendas de clientes estratégicos (Walmart, Soriana, etc.) para supervisar trabajos en sitio.
    • Asegurar la correcta instalación, reparación y mantenimiento de equipos de procesamiento de alimentos(ej. Hornos, sierras, molinos, basculas (desde 1 kilogramo a 3 toneladas).
    • Mantener comunicación directa con los responsables técnicos y de mantenimiento de las cadenas comerciales.
    • Gestionar órdenes de servicio, refacciones y tiempos de respuesta.
    • Elaborar reportes técnicos y operativos mensuales.
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA’s y políticas de calidad.
    • Capacitar al personal técnico en procesos, seguridad y nuevas tecnologías.
