  • Champion of a project for reducing misaligned gasket on CIPG process using Shain (Red X) initial scrap rate was 7.8% and final scrap rate is 0.5%, responsible as customer interface on quality issues on assigned programs
  • Launch D2XX program (GM), performing quality walks for Control plan, PFMEA and flow diagram
  • Leading FTQ action plan to succeed launch of this project and implementing corrective actions to ensure flawless launch audit, monitor corrective actions process thru completion and effectiveness, lead corrective and preventive actions on assigned programs.

  • On F25 and E70 BMW lines I have implemented several poke yokes in order to reduce risk of customer complaint focused on: Early detection of failure prior head lamp is already closed reducing scrap rate and put in place traceability system of tests performed to headlamp
  • As quality engineer for KIA projects, duties and responsibility was to train people on understanding cosmetic criteria, respond to customer complaints, develop and update control plan, perform capability studies, release production line and equipment validation
