Transitioning from the role of Test Engineering Technician Jr, I am currently engaged in thorough unit diagnostics and specialized rack support within a dynamic testing environment. My responsibilities include detailed unit diagnosis, expert rack support, Bash programming, and proficient use of Linux. In my role as a Technical Support in CNC Machines at AR Tecnología, I was responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines. I provided customer support, handled design software, utilized laser cutting and router machines, and installed CNC equipment. My primary focus was on ensuring optimal machine performance, resolving technical issues, and delivering high-quality service to clients. During this period, I developed strong technical skills, effective communication, and contributed to enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
