  • Initially, I was hired by PulseOne via UpWork to design and implement a Windows Remote Desktop Platform in AWS for a Healthcare company.
  • After successfully delivering and managing the initial project/platform - I was assigned the Project Engineer and Level3 Helpdesk Support role.
  • I was receiving support tickets escalations from Level1 and Level2 support technicians, which included resolving issues related to user-facing cloud services.
  • In parallel, also worked with Project Managers to design and deliver cloud solutions to our clients, such as: RDS, VPN, SharePoint, Servers Virtualization / Migration, CRM implementations, etc
  • The main cloud platforms on which we were building the solutions were AWS and Azure
  • Duties ranged from creating the accounts, to spinning up servers, virtual networks and security to maintaining and backing up the servers/data and connecting their offices to the cloud via VPN.
