• I was employed by Schneider National Incorporated. As a company driver, after orientation, I was assigned a Tractor, which I used to pick up different loaded Trailer's to be delivered to different states Safely in a timely manner. I was able to pick up and drop off in the following States. GA, IL, AL, UT, WI, SC, PA, IA. Ect I drove hundreds of miles in the time that I was with this company.

• After taking and passing all the tests as required by the DMV in the State of Texas. And attending the Premier Driving School in Dallas, Texas. And learning all the procedures on Safety, Rules, and Regulations required by the DOT. And finishing the course on how to operate safely a Tractor and Trailer on the Roads and Highways. I was able to receive my Class A CDL License. And was employed immediately by CR ENGLAND Inc. I was placed with different trainers in which I learned in much detail all the procedures necessary to drive in different states Safely and Timely manner I was able to pick up and drop off all types of merchandise in the following States. GA, IL, AL, UT, CO, CA, WY, PA, NC, SC, I drove hundreds of miles while employed by this company.

• I was employed by Buffalo Pawn Enrerprises. While working there, I performed the following duties. Showing up on time to open the Pawn Shop under the Supervision of the Manager that was in charge at the time. I displayed all the items like jewelry, electronics, tools, and many other items that needed to be sold. I received and evaluated different items brought into the store to be placed on consignment by the customers. I received cash or different methods method of payment like credit cards. I also disbursed cash to the customers for items that they left on consignment. I also helped in the closing procedures by putting all the valuables back into the vault and closed the register for the night.

As a Customer Service Representative I resolved all types of issues by listening to our Customers concerns and providing Exceptional Quality of Service. And with management approval I was able to issue a Full Refund towards the method of payment used like (Cash or Credit or Debit Card) Or simply Exchange the item for a different one.

As a Cashier I was able to interact Face to Face with the Customer by being Respectful Friendly and Courteous, every single time they approach my register.

As a Cash Office Clerk I performed the following duties. I process all the American and Mexican Currency all the Checks and other Deposits from the previous evening. I process all the Deposits that needed to be picked up by Rochester. I entered all the information into the system to be able to finalize the previous working day. Prepare the final paperwork for management to review and sign and File. I Issue exchange of currency for the associates as requested. I cleaned and fixed the Cash Recycler's as needed. At the end of my shift I replenish the Cash Recycler's with the necessary Coins and Currency to operate that same operational

used for the Evening Managers.

• As a Lab Technician Assistant at the supervisor's request, I performed the following duties. I wrapped different types of core samples ranging from 1.0 inches to 1.5 inches with Teflon and covering it with clear heat shrink and rubber boots to withstand different pressures and loaded them into single and multiple high pressure cells. I also unloaded them after the test were performed performed for density and viscosity on different chemical brines and oil that was provided from the different well sites. I also learned how to use the CT Scan and scanned different core samples and rubber elements for consistency and defects.

• As a CRS/Teller Supervisor. I performed the following duties. Opening and closing the branch at the designated time. Performing Opening procedures for daily operations Performing the closing procedures Balancing everything at the time of closing. Supervising the tellers under my supervision. Approving all types of transactions for our members. Opening and closing all types of accounts like savings, checking, IRA's Secure and Unsecured Loans applications like mortgages, auto, RV Boat, etc.
