  • This was a role that demanded high level of communication & leadership skills. Biggest challenge was to fix over 50 M USD in disputes, mainly because of the Spin-Merge between HPE & Micro Focus, which led to decisions on invoicing process that caused clients to raise disputes for corrections.
  • Creating an E2E (End to end) process between order management team and credit & collections that enabled fast paced actions, yet these actions were based on identifying root causes and attacking them at their core.
  • I acted as the main point of contact with order management, tax, AR, Invoicing; this led to a strong relationship based on trust. More importantly I designed training sessions which helped collections team embrace the dispute process ensuring we performed our due diligence.
