  • Safety stock reduction at markets - using Panama DC as a regional supplier, markets were able to have a closer and faster product source, helping reduce safety stock levels and local storage costs.
  • Contribution to the regional S&OP process by improving the alignment with finance, sales, marketing, and quality objectives.
  • Implementation of the S&OP process for the Puerto Rico market, achieving the optimization of the analytical process and decision making related to local business.
