    charge of aligning the entire process among the Customer, Plant, and our Company, including Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering.
  • Being part of several Launches projects such as Ford Fusion CD3, Lincoln MKZ, Harley Davidson Motorsport, Tesla, Ford Bronco, and Ford Maverick and Tesla. Coordinate safety quality processes as GP-12, CSI/CSII, Quality Walls, along with the Customer to achieve their Quality goal.
  • Launch a new office in Nogales, Sonora, with 175 operators for Continental Plant
  • Hire Supervisors, HR, and clerks to support the whole operation on-site
  • Being the first line of contact for Continental Quality and Engineering Plant
  • Establish an excellent relationship with the Customer
  • Responsible for expanding the business to more Plants in Nogales
  • By exploring different methods of marketing, we started working to different Plants such as E&K, Masterlock, Curtis Wright, Littelfuse, Molex, etc
  • In 2015, responsible for getting ISO 9001:2001 certification and IPC-A-610 certification for PCB

  • Analysis to identify the immediate root cause and take hands-on action to contain and avoid costs

  • With sign-off parts and well criteria negotiations, rejections were decreased by up to 47% in the first week of implementation
  • PPAP liaison support, making periodic audits to get all PPAP approvals
  • Analyze the problem of the parts that were over-rejected, and, through hard negotiations with Ford HSAP, the rejection rate was reduced to 59%
  • Get FAA (Final Appearance Approval) parts for all plastic parts to improve the criteria in all parts of the assembly process

  • Analyze the assembly process of the Customer so that I can train the personnel for the specific job
  • Responsible for a Safe Launch at IAC with 31 operators, GP12 at Delphy with 38 operators, and Safety Launch at Faurecia for Tesla project
  • By implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and Time and Movements study in some of the projects we had at Delphy, Faurecia, and Grupo Antolin, we achieved a reduction of 28% of the working process time. This was replicated for the other two shifts.
