Accomplishments

More than 20 government projects were successfully conducted, enabling contracting institutions such as INMUJERES, the Federal Telecommunications Institute, public universities in Mexico, as well as companies, to use the results for policy changes and high-level decision-making reviews. Additionally, many of the projects have a social impact on the lives of women.

Dialogue with various governmental and non-governmental actors, the non-governmental sector, stakeholders, and the social sector for governance in decision-making.

Use of Atlas TI and software to process results from qualitative studies derived from fieldwork, which serve as reports for institutions and the private sector to review policies, processes, and regulations based on evaluation and evidence. Conduct entreviews and focus-groups.

Development of human talent and human capital in the areas of budgeting, transparency, open government, human rights of women and historically vulnerable populations, and in matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion, even in major companies in Mexico.

Creation of a podcast on equality issues.

Participation in local and national media, such as a radio station in Mérida, with a regular analysis panel every Wednesday morning.

Affiliations

Active membership in the National Academy of Evaluators of Mexico (ACEVAL), where she also volunteers as the Communications Coordinator; in the Mexican Association of Political Science (AMECIP), where she serves as the Technical Secretary of the Campeche Chapter; in the Network of Women Political Scientists, Red de Politólogas #NoSinMujeres; and in the Observatory of Women's Political Participation in Campeche, where she is a volunteer observer. She is a member of Canaco Servytur Campeche. She is in contact with several chambers of commerce in Yucatan and participated as a member of BNI during the review of the 2040 Agenda

In 2005, she received an award in the editorial category for her participation in print media, recognized by the IEEC. She is a contributor to Mexico Social.


She is a professor at several universities in Mexico, such as the Autonomous University of Yucatan (UADY), where she designed three courses for the new online Bachelor's program in Political Science, which is of recent creation. She teaches in the Master's program in Administrative Innovation at the Autonomous University of Campeche (UAC), as well as in the Master's and Doctoral programs at the Center for Research, Teaching, and Analysis of Public Policy in Yucatan (CIDAPP). She is also a guest lecturer at the Human Rights Institute of the Human Rights Commission of Campeche (INDEH-CODHECAM), and in the Franco-Mexican Diploma in Applied Gender Perspective and Litigation in Defense of the Rights of Women Victims of Violence. This program is offered annually by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Lawyers for Women, the French Embassy in Mexico, the State Human Rights Commission of Campeche, the Autonomous University of Queretaro, the Faculty of Law of UNAM, the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, the University of Sonora, the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, the Autonomous University of Chiapas, the University of Guanajuato, the University of Tlaxcala, the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon, among other institutions such as ITESM, campus Monterrey, University of Monterrey (UDEM), etc. She is also an entrepreneur and businesswoman, co-founder of a manufacturing company, and director of Liotti Consultores. As a guiding principle in her life, she is convinced that every person can contribute to making local spaces more inclusive and democratic from their own position.
