• WM full customizing for SAP implementations according to customer requirements (3 rollouts experience) - Such as Plant/Whse creation, set up of st. locs., st. types, movement types, search strategies, queues, printers, HU mgmt, etc. in SPRO.
• Support on mapping for stock migration / SAP structure (old system vs new system), cutover tasks - data cleansing before Go-Live, JOBs set up - master data mass update - follow up to bugs and change requests after Go-Live.
• Support as SAP WM consultant in each project gate according to master plan.

KPI's: Customizing on time, accuracy in stock migration, bugs resolution, Go-Live date as planned.

• SAP support in key processes such as Good Receipt, Putaway, Warehousing (Storage Unit and Handling Unit level), Queues, Production Backflush (Semi and FG), SAPMES i-docs, Shipping processes, Annual Inventory.
• Responsible for cyclic counting team – 2 shift leaders and 7 operators.
• Monthly cyclic counting reports (warehouse and WIP).
• Responsible for adjustments and traceability in SAP.

KPI's: Inventory accuracy, annual inventory adjustments, COGIs, shipments on time.

• Improvement of warehouse processes to optimize physical material flow, reduce logistic costs and increase inventory accuracy.
• Analysis and setting of necessary headcount for warehouse.
• Annual budget planning / follow up to investments.
• Annual physical inventory organization.
• Responsible for logistic PFMEA and warehouse layouts.
• Procedures and work instructions standardization.

KPI's: Inventory accuracy, logistics costs, headcount reduction.

• Time study for booster assembly line.
• Implementation of improvement ideas in production area.

KPI's: Cycle time per produced piece.

• Lean Manufacturing project applied to harnesses area.

KPI's: 5's, layout distribution, kanban racks stock calculation.
