• To ensure novelties are scheduled on time and fulfilling the quantities
• Analyze and optimize inventory strategy.
• To ensure healthy decorated inventory
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating clear communication channels for timely decision making.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead meeting where planning processes are involved

• Communicate and coordinate the sequence of orders to be executed on the production floor.
• To Ensure the fulfillment of the plan on a daily basis, track deviations and report order status
• Review the availability of materials by order before releasing it to the production floor

Responsible for readiness: Configure the systems according to the characteristics of the models, ensuring that the released models can be produced with the clients requeriments.
