I really love doing any kind of sports indoors or outdoors, i personally think that practicing any sport will improve your health, help to relief stress and keep your mind free ok negative thoughts. One on my favorites activities is eating food, specially the salty and spice, but also i like cooking new dishes that never before i cooked, because it feels to me as a new experiment.
On the other hand, I've been dancing since i was 5 years old, so dancing to me it's a way to live on the daily days, I transmit almost everything i feel through dance , also help me to relief any kind of stress that I had at the moment.
