- Directed Fieldwood QHSE matters at shore base and focused on offshore drilling support 40+ employees and completed 5-month shore base support project for Ixchakil-1 & Ixchakil-8 drilling campaign without any LTI, property damage or downtime.
- Supervise lifting operations and ensuring compliance to ROCA PORT requirements as well as client (FWM) procedures and standards.
- Ensured 3rd party service providers operated in compliance with national and international regulations and in alignment with Fieldwood standards and policies. Approved, coordinated, and executed audit programs on personnel, equipment, and machinery.
- Coordinate and compile HSE reports, feeding performance management processes (daily, monthly, quarterly KPI's).
- Support work area personnel writing JSA´s, work permits and any other required HSE documentation and filing documentation for audits.
