We have started 8 business on 2022, we have started 21 more in 2023. We are in the process of stabilizing all products (Ramping up) this a new automotive manufacturing plant in Queretaro. I’m in charge of the components and finish goods warehouse, material planning, production control, customer service, MRO, material planning new projects. Due to this is new plant I have developed warehouse configuration and layout, SAP set up, PFEP, PQVC, Effectiveness Metrics for PC, Material Planning and Customer Service. 18 salaries and 35 operatives reports directly to me

I’m also responsible for a plant in Winona, MN in PC&L for crisis management, to develop and follow new planning systems for production control and materials planning. 4 salaries reports directly to me.
