As a medical interpreter I provided high-quality consecutive language interpretation to American clients in the medical field for the most part and, to a lesser extent, to insurance companies and some police departments.
As a remote customer service agent, I was the first point of contact for customers looking to move houses and clients who offered moving services if they were having issues with one another. I was responsible of channeling each caller to the correct senior agent as well as defusing possible escalations when upset costumers/clients called to voice a complaint.
As a Loan Officer Assistant I was tasked with establishing the first contact with potential clients and persuade them to purchase a mortgage loan. Then I would assist in originating the loan and follow up with the clients through the process of acquiring financing with us using a CRM. My responsibilities during said process were to disclose initial fees, enter the customer´s banking information in a database, set the initial appointment with the loan officer, contact our costumers' employers and landlords to verify their personal information, gather and file the necessary documentation for the underwriters, draft the final invoices and set the final appointment to sign the contract.
