Summary

Proven leader in sales management, I spearhead a team at Exotic Travelers, achieving significant sales volume over the years. While Sales Manager at GRM I was also Members Manager for El Dorado Royale and Casitas Royale handling all member upgrades from 2014 to 2020. During the Pandemia I managed a small team of sales reps and headed the call center for member upgrades. In 2016 when Nickelodeon Punta Cana opened I was asked to go and train the new team also at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica in 2108.

Since the opening of Nickelodeon Riviera Maya, I have Managed the Tour Flow from Generations Riviera Maya, Nickelodeon Riviera Maya and the Out house Program for Aqua Nick.

Each one of these locations have very different Markets from a National market, South American Market, Central American Market, US Market & Canadian Market.

Last year being the 2nd full year open at Nickelodeon producing $23 million USD

I have a strong relationship with our core group of members at Exotic Travelers and have been present at every MAW since conception between El Dorado Royale, Generations and Nickelodeon.
