  • Power Systems Business Partner under Technical Productivity team. Responsible to secure material productivity on around $220M eCOGS for Medium Voltage Business through Change of Supplier and Product change projects. Work with Line of Business, Global Supply Chain and Procurement community to leverage resources (people and funding) to build pipeline and execute projects.


Project Specialist Manager (Apr17 - Feb19)

  • NAM Procurement Manager of Technical Productivity responsible for the direct management of Project Specialist which support the identification, refinement, documentations and presentation of savings ideas under the productivity levers of Change of Supplier and Quality Value Engineering. The role involves Idea Evolution process (workshop readiness & execution, TCO analysis, qualification cost estimation, feasibility analysis) as well as Initiative Management (project resourcing, regional resource forecasting & planning). I was able to lead a team of 6 Sr. Buyers and developed more than 100 business cases within 2017 and 2018, equivalent to $18M USD of pipeline with P&L 2018, 2019 and 2020.
