Manage around $100M spend for Injection Molding for North America region. Design and lead category strategy for North America region to achieve company growth ambitions and continuously improve KPIs such as, (quality, cost/productivity, service, innovation and sustainability.

• Lead team of 6 buyers and support the buyers in their negotiations (tools, arguments, …) and management of the suppliers in the category.
• Perform needs analysis for different Schneider entities and segment the commodity needs. Contribute to the development and deployment of the global cost models, scoring models, price indexes etc.
• Execute business reviews with key suppliers, manage supplier relationship and implement different contracts to secure supply chain and improve payment terms.
• Monitor suppliers capacity and trigger key projects to secure NAM growth.

Support strategic initiatives among NAM Procurement organization to drive change management through the implementation and standardization of processes that help the overall KPIs of the company.

• Initiatives involved were: Supplier Diversity, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management thru SSP-SRM, ISO26K, Risk Management, Vigilance Program, Carbon Reduction, Sourcing Review Board, within others.
• Development and implementation of Procurement Strategy, RASCI, R&R, NAM Procurement Transformation plan, Supplier and Employee Trainings, Executive Meeting with suppliers and top members of a multinational company, among others.
• Procurement Excellence System Auditor Leader for NAM Region. Lead, train, develop, audit and support the entire company to allowed best in class processes in procurement area.

Procurement Business Partner (Feb19 - May20)

• Power Systems Business Partner under Technical Productivity team. Responsible to secure material productivity on around $220M eCOGS for Medium Voltage Business through Change of Supplier and Product change projects. Work with Line of Business, Global Supply Chain and Procurement community to leverage resources (people and funding) to build pipeline and execute projects.

Project Specialist Manager (Apr17 - Feb19)

• NAM Procurement Manager of Technical Productivity responsible for the direct management of Project Specialist which support the identification, refinement, documentations and presentation of savings ideas under the productivity levers of Change of Supplier and Quality Value Engineering. The role involves Idea Evolution process (workshop readiness & execution, TCO analysis, qualification cost estimation, feasibility analysis) as well as Initiative Management (project resourcing, regional resource forecasting & planning). I was able to lead a team of 6 Sr. Buyers and developed more than 100 business cases within 2017 and 2018, equivalent to $18M USD of pipeline with P&L 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Project Specialist (Mar16 - Apr17)

• Responsible for establishing project benefits (savings and project expenses), ensuring technical project feasibility, provide project management support during early project development and purchasing support for QVE and CoS projects. Total of 8 business cases created with savings of $1M USD.

Provide support to 2NGV manufacturing lines under Monterrey Plant 2, and ensure product quality meets and exceeds the requirements. Worked with OCP in the PMP project of DOE transformers, creating methods to ensure product quality. Manage Calibration department and Quarantine area.

• Manage 5 FTEs within operations and their development career.
• Develop new procedures, PFMEA, QCP for new LVGP Transformer for DOE 2016.

• EHS Buyer and AP Specialist. Help Suppliers on invoice resolutions. Buyer of chemical products and EHS Services for all GE Aviation sites located in the USA. Develop projects in order to consolidate spend and offer competitive prices to GE Sites.

Production CO OP - GE Aviation (Dec10-Dec11)

• Internship among different areas in GE Aviation facility, located in McAllen Texas. Areas where I work were: Production, Quality, Engineering and Lean Manufacturing. Most remarkable activities were: Design and build Go-NoGo gauge to improve quality. Development of technical training program. Helped with the development of a new manufacturing cell, established standard work, 5S, etc.
