Reception of payments, application of payments and handle all administrative process related to them. Resolution and clarifications of concerns related to my area to local and foreign customers. Bank reconciliation against received payments. Administrative area and customer service support.
In charge of monthly service reports of private owners, including but not limited to posting all charges of delivered services to each property account. Property taxes payment coordination and follow up of cadastral offices. Annual trust payment coordination and follow up of any clarification.
