• Provide holistic career and higher education guidance support for all students across secondary & preparatory years, ensuring ethical and impartial advice, empowering students to discover and eventually reach their destination of choice.
• As part of this, delivering personalised 1-1 student counselling, including information on scholarship opportunities. o Advising and supporting students on university and college applications including timely submissions of school supporting documents such as school reports, transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal statements, etc.
• Following strategic direction from the central Future Pathways team, promote, deliver and continuously improve Future Pathways offering and initiatives in the iSP school community. Including -
• Tailoring, delivering and promoting Future Pathway opportunities for students to discover their strengths, interests and best-fit future options including implementing and monitoring work experience programs as applicable.
• Promoting and arranging information sessions and workshops for students and the parent community or supporting those in your region. o Engaging with Alumni, building on central strategy and developing networks and initiatives. o Supporting delivery of Future Pathways Festivals in your region. o Leading the implementation of an agreed destination platform across key ages and stages, e.g. Unifrog.
• Communication and Collaboration

▪ Act as a key point of contact for the Future Pathways offering in your school, communicating with School Leaders, teachers and the school community on how to access the Future Pathways offering and initiatives and ensure everyone understands the value of students making informed choices about their future learning pathways and understand their own roles within the process.

▪ Collate examples of Future Pathways success stories for inclusion in marketing and promotional materials.
