Highlights:

1. Lead ZF RFQ implementation for more than 11k TEUS per year in 12 divisions.

2. 78 tons assigned from airfreight spot bids in one year, increasing hit ratio from 8% to 42% for Safran airfreight spot segment vs previous year.

• Ocean and Air tender implementation, contracts set up for key clients such as ZF (+11k TEUS 2025), Faurecia, Volvo Cars, Mitsubishi Electric Automotive, Robert Bosch, Continental Group, Aeromexico, Safran, General Motors and Scania.
• Developing spot quotes (air, ocean, land, customs, special projects and insurance).
• Visits on site with global customers for bajio and metropolitan area.
• CRM management by editing and searching information of our customers.
• Credit line set up, automatic reports, claims, invoice processing, finance collection alignment.
• Being responsible for leading up the trainee’s team.
• Present spot performance reports to the KAM Leader, identifying opportunities for improvement and revenue growth. Utilize dashboard for data-driven decision-making.
