Summary

More than 16 years of Mechanical design experience and leading NPI and product conceptual programs, I assisted design of product development and enhancements for new customer requirements, supporting production line, also continuous improvement projects, including efficiency and quality, in 2014 I was part of the GE chief board for the API RP64 NOM revision. Now days my responsibilities include to lead GEIQ GTE Clearances the team for significant projects with customer aligned, create strategies for project management and technical support, so to mention, and with an exceptional quality and professional fulfillment.

  • My greatest strength is to look for the continues change and attention to detail to focus on ways to contribute the company profits.
  • As far as weaknesses, I know my management skills could be stronger, and I am constantly working to improve them, recently leading the FMM (Functional mature model) to build a solid and strong technical growth path for the team.

  • I was able to accelerate learning by being part of the 2022-2023 GEIQ Quantum Leap program to lead Product cost outs and Multi Year Agreements related to Clearances COE programs while lead Clearances CM&Us and New requisition programs for all GE frame class and Cross fleet solution such as GT24 and GT26 frames.
  • I Increased productivity by maintaining connection with GTE compressor and turbine teams to support these efforts and built strong relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • During Quantum Leap program I was able to learnt and work in Clearances conception and design but also RCAs support, during Gvl stay I was able to support manufacturing shop and Quality team by Co-leading a R&R Study for the 7HA.03 compressor blades and half-shell measurements.

  • I identified Clearances CMU team weak points and implemented strategy to improve OTD to 98% but also reduced operational GEIQ cost by implementing cost-effective solutions and proactively monitoring budgetary allocation to made a 55% of Clearances GEIQ team yearly cost saving.
  • I Increased team productivity by streamlining communication with cross functional team to implementing effective project management strategies such as Direct Release initiative, in where I was able to automatize Clearances assessment analysis by support services projects with an advance release diagram.
  • I Mentored Edison's Engineers by helping them develop leadership skills and advance their careers within the organization using TGM model for their Technical growth competences for future rotations.
  • I Oversaw day-to-day activities of 3 Edison's engineers, fostering inspiring atmosphere to optimize employee technical growth by using TGM model, coaching in NPI clearances assigned projects.
  • Develop a strategy, to focus on the requirements VS promise dates by standardizing CMU work through design templates, DE study methodology and DR tool improvements.
  • I Led design reviews to Clearances COE and CTH/CCE board by sharing new Stack-ups analysis initiatives and Improvements for I got to be the Stack-up knowledge with more expertise in the team.

  • Some of my responsibilities were to fulfill the Heavy-Duty gas turbines of the combustion hardware for the B, F and E-Class to planned and forced CM&U outages. Assigned as the DLN2+ and DLN2.6+ focal point for CM&U branch globally.
  • I led and develop the Design Engineering study template for perform F2F compatibility studies, and well substantiate deliverables, some other included activities like process improvements and field support.
  • In 2019 I contribute with +$10M USD savings in Combustion part inventory.
