Lead the support and follow-up in the UN local integration of people who have been recognized as refugees by the Mexican government.

Accomplishments during my job position:

• Humanitarian staff member in the response and protection to refugee population in Aguascalientes during the SARS-CoV-2 global health emergency in In 2021
• I opened the financial inclusion in favor of refugees being the first state in the Mexican Republic to open the bankarization of the refugee population in the most important financial institutions in the country.
• I implemented the labor linkage route with the National Employment Service, ensuring access to job opportunities in all weekly job fairs, as well as direct linkage with local, national and international companies
• Leader of the missions of different international donors, as well as the visit of the Japanese and the German Embassy in Mexico
• I designed the local protocol for prevention, attention and follow-up in cases of gender violence
• Member qualify of the National Focal Points 2023 in Gender Violence, Child Protection and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)

• Design, intervention and informed of programs for human development and psychosocial health based on evidence-based psychology
• Psychosocial risk factors approach: identification, analysis and prevention
• Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy oriented to results in behavioral change development and delivery of workshops with psychoeducational content for individual and collective processes
