• Initiate and complete the lien process. This includes creating the Notice of Claim of Lien, having the lien notarized, and filing the lien at the county courthouse of the claimant’s location and recording the docket number.
• Notify appropriate insurance companies and/or attorneys of any lien filed and/or released. This will include sending all interested parties copies of the lien filing.
• Maintain constant communication with Wagner, Falconer, & Judd, NCS and other interested parties to help ensure maxim payment from the customer.
• Ensure any payments received correspond to the customer balances.
Management and oversight of the invoicing process for MX and USA corporate accounts, ensuring efficient problem resolution. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, while proactively addressing administrative challenges with innovative solutions.
Supervision and oversight of Car Program processes, including the management of supplier payments and service transactions, monitoring of vehicle fleet maintenance, and handling of claims and service orders for fleet units.
