Currently working for Centific in the Milky Way Maps evaluation, where I evaluate the quality of queries for map applications to ensure that the results the users get are as useful and satisfying as possible.

I received calls and also chats for a company called Avis, in which I provided customer service to customers from the USA and Canada who only spoke English.

I was a co-owner of a cafeteria on Huejotzingo, Puebla, Mexico, in which we served cold and hot beverages of the highest quality.

Worked as an office assistant in a government auxiliary local presidency, in which I made sure to offer customer services and help people with their inquiries. I also made legal documents, like proof of identity.
