During this period (2016), the main achievement was to re-incorporate Mexico back into the International Federation of Societies for Surgery of the Hand membership during the IFSSH meeting held at Buenos Aires, Argentina, after a ten-year absence.
Also, Mexico was incorpated as a member of the Latin American Hand Surgery Federation (2015), at the Biennial meeting of the Federation at Santiago, Chile.
