My work consists of contacting outbound members who have not used their membership in order to get them to return to the destination to obtain their membership upgrade, we sell them the vacations so that we can generate their reservation and schedule them for the presentation.

Following that, I also make outbound contact with qualified prospects with the intention of selling them a stay at Xcaret Hotels so that they can also get their membership.

Lastly, we follow up with qualified people who purchased a gift certificate at the hotel with the intention of having them come back to the hotel with us so we can have them purchase their membership.

In the process of renting the golf cart, agreements were generated at that time with Mocambo's Restaurant to invite them to the restaurant and a discount was granted with a complimentary drink in the golf cart rental as a reservation strategy.

Also, at that time, a gift certificate was given to enter the turtle farm in Isla Mujeres as well with the rental of the golf cart.

Lastly, we could give them a discount on Dolphin Discovery dolphin swims so that they could have access to transportation and not struggle with the distance from the pier to the dolphin farm.
