Industrias del Interior as elaborate company of Jeans (cut, sew, laundry, labeled and shipping), is the most bigger company in our state with great capabilities of operations and people.
This time, I had a great and beautiful opportunity to worked there for many years doing different projects and many them (or all) with a great importance.
As Pre-production planner, I leaded this area as Designer and Developer high knowledge of the production manuals of the product received from the Customer, with key indicators and continuous follow of the product, with procedures revised and approved by Quality Chief and Methods aligned indicated from the Customer.
These manuals as mandatory, shown the complete information of the product, parts, updated for an acceptable work flow inside the lines.
As a pre-production planner in I was in charged to had a flow communication daily with the Customer, updating the different stage of their samples product, inventories and ship dates to be ready for the release production orders into the floor. Inside our Company, all the information received from the Customer I shared with all the Teams, to advance in the process and not affect the units in the production lines, the next areas or even cares the shipping dates committed.
I Coordinated also the schedules program units to ensure that the approved product from the customer matched with the cut/sew/wash/finished and shipping dates of the Company and ensuring a good workflow with an efficiency required by the Manager Production for their production lines.
Managed inventory levels of all the samples raw materials, ensuring that the timely of the samples and did not affect the approvals in the end of the process before to release the final production.
As an Assistant of our General Director, my strong organizational of all the information, handle, received and shared I tried to did and had the most clear reports for our Director General, showing a complete actual vision of the products flowing - units from be planned, product running inside the floor in all the factories and the units for be shipped or shipped in the end of the week.
All these was made it for the great Team created in the Company and beyond.

Industrias Jobar, cut and sew Factory as a jeans supplier of the Levi's brand.

I had the opportunity to worked in this great company during a year, I coordinated the inventories of the threads, metals as buttons, zipper and rivets as a parts of the jean. I worked in the daily, week and monthly of production programs to achievement with the production floor, to ensure an optimal workflow and inventory (low cost using products as a great quality) and did not affect the targets in the production lines, always understanding that as a Warehouse all the materials should be available as principal supplier inside the Production.
My responsability inside the Warehouse was had the most ensure inventory of all the parts of the jeans, looking and received the parts from the Suppliers the dates committed with our company, and us achivement the deliveries with the Customer, keeping our inventory in the best optimal condition, currently, safe and aligned with the productions orders.
My communication with the production floor always was flow, great and accurate of the information needed.

I had the opportunity to worked as Operation planner into the Laundry area working step by step with the Senior Production manager to achievement a good flow planning of the product received from the sew factories every day and all day.
My collaborated was aligned and involved with all the Laundry production areas looking the goal in the numbers waited, supporting the follows areas in the process: laundry team, chemicals team, finish line, quality people, supervisors, chief and shipment department.
My support in the planning helped with the coordinated areas was always a target of all of us.
As Team, always looked the problem solutions, we tried to did as a team. The support and instructions received from our General Director were the most important factor, as a Leadship he always teached how to got to the committed with respect into the delivery dates and amounts, learned of the problems but acting with responsability and solving them.

Sabropollo is the most important company in our state of the Poultry growth. My collaborated and communication with the principal teams with the production floor, farm and sales teams were always crucial to got the committed planning program daily, week and month. Thanks of the friendly mature/ old people around me, I could learn the great process and start have skills in the management planning process about this important kind of product. Working together as a great Team we could achieve the commits required and planned by the Sales Department.
