Denim manufacturing
Full responsible to develop product from receive the tech pack, through all the production phases: design,cut,sew,laundry,finish,inspection and ship to the customer. Constant follow up with samples to achieve customers time line.
Played a key role developing the production process manuals, necessary for all the manufacturing stages.
Daily informed Sales and Management in the phases of each sample and progress to ensure on time delivery..

Denim manufacturing
Coordinated the material warehouse, while maintaining the correct inventory levels by checking the computer system and doing weekly cycle counts.
Direct communication with our suppliers to assure on time delivery.

Denim laundry plant
Met daily with Laundry Team - Production Manager, Engineer and Quality and program the laundry facility.
Daily informed to Management the progress of the production in base of the schedule programs received.

Poultry
Coordinated the daily planning process, from farms to the process factory to ensure the quality of the product. Beginning of pick up until plant arrival. Strong follow up and supervised all phases: birth, growth, weight, nutrition and health.
