As one of the attorneys in the Legal Operations team at the firm I managed contracts: drafting, reviewing and negotiation, as well as their life-cycle (NDAs, seller agreements; reseller agreements; leasing, etc.); helped clients with corporate governance; ensured our clients' compliance with the highest of corporate regulatory standards; guided our clients with regards to the implementation of ESG factors and the UN Global Compact Sustainable Development Goals in their daily operations; provided risk management through assessments of our clients’ possible or immediate transactions.

I began sorting and organizing files, spreadsheets, books and reports at the firm. Then my day-to-day activities consisted on drafting and negotiating contracts, trademark filings, drafting legal documents, research, analyzing problems and identifying solutions, and providing legal opinions.
