27-year construction veteran who started as a bricklayer’s apprentice the week after high school graduation. Earned my journeyman card, then spent the next decade running commercial masonry crews on everything from schools and hospitals to then run my own concrete & masonry company as a masonry subcontractor.
I Wanted to run entire projects, not just the block and brick, so over the last 12 years I moved into project management and worked my way up—Superintendent → Project Manager → Director of Construction Operations—handling projects up to $10 M. I hold a residential builders license in South Carolina also have a track record to clean up schedules and improved gross margins 8–10% on the jobs I’ve led.
Now settled in the area with 15+ good years left in the tank. Looking for the right homebuilder or commercial GC where I can step into a Project manager or Director of Operations role, build a solid team, and finish my career with a company I’m proud to be part of. Licensed residential builder, clean record, and ready to start contributing Day 1.
