Responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities for the company's fleet of aircraft. This role ensures compliance with aviation regulations and standards, guaranteeing the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of the aircraft. Leads the teams of technicians and maintenance staff, coordinates with vendors, and ensures the proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Overseeing a team of technicians, engineers, and production staff
• Creating and implementing MRO plans and strategies
• Making sure the organization complies with safety protocols, regulations, and standards
• Using tact, diplomacy, and courtesy to gain cooperation from others
• Using a continuous process improvement program to ensure effective maintenance operations
• Approving special certification appointments
• Creating policies for maintenance operations, including procedures, manuals, and employee expenses
• Reviewing and approving contracts for maintenance assets and outsourced vendors

Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities for aircraft meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role oversees the implementation and compliance of quality management systems, conducts internal and external audits, and coordinates with the maintenance team to ensure adherence to aviation regulations and operational procedures. Manages staff training on quality practices and continuous improvement.

• Management of NDT and Quality control department with 87 visual inspectors and 26 UT, MT, PT, VT, RT, ET level II inspectors
• Responsible for coordination and execution of the Initial inspections’ services.
