- Worked for six months (August 2014 - february 2015) as a consultant in a company looking for solutions to the adhesion of the coatings deposited by CBD (Chemical Bath Deposition) in different polymeric materials.
- Learned about this deposition technique and suggested the recommendations for the previous treatment of the materials to deposit the coatings to avoid the delamination of the layer and have a better adhesion of this and the considerations to take in the installation in the new production plant.
- In this lapse of time, I worked to prepare samples with treatment to improve the adhesion of the coatings in different materials (PC, PVC, and shade cloth).
- The result was obtained from coatings with characteristics and properties that avoid the IR radiation with another material like PC that avoids the UV radiation to get a better material like heat dissipation.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Worked effectively in fast-paced environments.
