Department in order to assure correct installed capacities are used, develop and review daily production plan with Production Department to assure smooth line change overs and increase efficiency, review daily production output vs. plan to assure 99% On Time Delivery. Purchasing: Input correct MRP parameters in to SAP system by item in order to assure correct ordering and messages in our MRP runs, assure Purchase orders are placed on a timely manner in order to avoid airfreight's at companies expense, review E & O and QMRB report every week with the proper departments in order to avoid any liability to Company, review weekly PPV report with Finance Department to determine Customer liability on negative PPV and take credit on positive PPV, fix any invoice issue to assure no credit holds are applied, review inventory levels and inventory turns are met to target. Warehouse: Assure correct receipt of materials in to the SAP system and resolve any receipt discrepancies with Suppliers, assure daily cycle counts are performed to achieve 98% Inventory accuracy is meet, prepare production work orders and pull list in advance to assure production lines are not impacted by down time, assure FIFO system is followed

Materials & Logistics Manager
Planning: Receive Monthly interlock forecast from Customers and load them in to MPS in order to generate forecast for Planning and Purchasing functions, receive daily EDI 855 signals for orders and confirm commit date by 24 hours back via EDI 856, issue with daily production plan by line and shift in order to generate man power requirements. Assure all shipments depart based on EDI 855 commit date based on PCT by product. Purchasing: Upload demand in to MRP in order to generate forecast to Suppliers and issue weekly releases to them, update and calculate lot size, MOQ in order to determine ADU´s and reorder and max levels for weekly pull from suppliers. Shipping: Assure all shipments to Customer via ocean or truck are performed on time in order to assure minimum 99% OTD to Customer. Warehouse: Assure at least 99.5% accuracy of Inventory thru CC and transaction checking, assure all discrepancies are investigated and root cause found, assure 5S are keep daily and all material put away is done correctly thru input system, assure material is put away based on loop size calculations performed by Buyer. Assure lines are always supplied with material based on two bin system and route process handle by Materials Handlers. Customs and Logistics: Assure all Mexican and US Customs laws are enforced and diligent met to avoid any fines or penalties, assure all CO certificates are obtain and issued on all in house FG shipped, assure we get all of the benefits for any commercial agreement or treaty for any of the HTS we handle., assure in bound and out bound traffics thru preferred carriers.

Planning: Review demand based on customer demand and level out based on lines rates in order to avoid peaks and hire or dismiss direct labor employees, review daily production plan attainment, assure correct planning in order to fulfill 98% On time Delivery to Customers Hub, direct shipment whenever Customer required, review model changeover every year in order to avoid obsolescence of material. Purchasing: Release raw materials based on pre approved suppliers by Customer on a weekly bases, assure vessel arrival and clearance of Customs, assure trans-load of ocean 40FT containers in LA to 53FT trailer or rail containers, assure containers or trailers arrive on time to ELP and cross docked in to JZ.. US & Mexican Customs: Assure all IMEX, PROSEC,RUPA, permits are update and in line with Mexican Customs, assure all HTS are classified correctly and reviewed by Month. Assure Customs System is maintained accurately in order to comply with Annex 21 with Mexican Customs, assure all Country of Origen Certificates are issued correctly to Customer and US Customs. Implemented Certifications in CTPAT and NEEC Warehouse: Assure correct receipt of material in to our inventory control system, issue and follow discrepancies form Suppliers whenever they happen, assure correct put away of material based on location system and visual management system, assure Cycle Counts are realized based on ABC system to assure 99% Inventory accuracy, assure Production Kits are prepared in order to avoid Production down time. Shipping: Review shipping monitor on a daily basis in order to assure correct trailers are shipped to the proper Hub and meet 98% OTD
