• Running Operations in Monterrey plant, Responsible to maintain the plant in an optimal production levels. Following main KPI such as:
• Customer satisfaction, Inventory levels, Expedite / Transportation cost, Down time in production areas. When I started on my current Job one of the challenges was to recover Ford Q1 status , Improve GM SPPS and reduce the expedite cost that were impacting financial results .
• My role in this position is to assure we are receiving, understanding and planning according to customer releases so we can be sure we are achieving their demand. I am focused in transitioning from customer demand into inventory levels that can meet their demand.
• Managed transportation budget effectively, resulting in significant cost reductions while maintaining on-time delivery rates.
• Optimized inventory management for reduced stock discrepancies and improved product availability.

• Responsible to run two business units in Apodaca N.L. as a Supply Chain specialist leader, being the link between Corporate-Site-Customer to keep corporate policies in place while maintaining high customer satisfaction Levels. The Scope of the role is to keep Monterrey site with inventory levels on target, develop operation planning aligned with business plan to maintain Revenue parameters in place so the team can achieved or exceed Customer needs.
• Job position is focused in assuring all supply chain is implemented from Customer releases to execution plan in the manufactory site, creating the supply base to support an smooth start up , BOM and part number creation and final approval to load our ERP , supporting and managing supplier selection , logistics and traffic operation set up in order to guarantee incoming raw material on time and shipping Finished goods on time as well , support the plant operation planning and executing , the purpose of my role is to assure that all the supply chain is aligned from end to end .
• Key Operation metrics that are being monitored are:Inventory Levels, Inventory turns, Excess and Obsolescence, Revenue , On time delivery.

• In charge of the manufactory site of Monterrey plant steering wheels division, with a responsibility of all operations in all areas, P&L responsibility with a headcount of 1500-2500 employees between Direct, indirect and Salary.
• Responsible to run the Monterrey Operations site with a headcount of 2500 people, in charge to manage and achieved main KPI`s of the plant including P&L with a revenue of $XXXM in sales. Experience managing all Supply chain and logistics, Operations and Assembly functional areas, Focused on Quality & Customer Satisfaction with a knowledge on IATF 16949 certifications, Supplier Quality and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience working with OEMS as Tier 1 supplier, such as GM, Ford, VW, Tesla, BMW, AUDI.
• Achievements: Keep the financial results are as optimal and profitable as possible, maintain corporate goals in place and assure operational cost are achieved, Focused on Inventories Levels that help the company to balance between Customer Satisfaction and capital investment. One of the most important indicators is to look for the best balance of manpower needed and the forecasted sales which during the period that I have been responsible I have achieved

• Responsible of the operation of the plant from a planning perspective, understanding customer demand and integrate it to the production scheduling while maintaining customer satisfaction levels and Materials KPI in place (Raw material and Finished Goods Inventories). Oriented and used to work under pressure to fulfill customer demand and changes on forecast. The role of the position started from Customer EDI, Customer Service, Production planning, Raw material planning, Materials Operations on warehouses, shipping and Logistics. KPI Managed:

• In charge of logistics of the plant, coordinating all transportation of Raw material, managing inventory levels of direct materials and all related to the finished goods shipments to Customer.
• Directly selecting and analyzing freight rates on transportation Bid, so the company can have the best lower cost on our operations, working with most of the main carrier companies in USA and Mexico. Part of the carrier selection was to choose the best partners that met CTPAT certification and be active. My main objective was to provide the company with the most reliable source on regards of freight while maintaining the cost at the lowest rate.
• In charge finished goods warehouse operation, design and operational process were implemented as well as the system to manage the operations , WMS / SAP were implemented to be able to track and be focused on inventory accuracy, space efficiency & layout optimization.
• Follow up customer service focused on the on-time delivery & customer satisfaction, working with 9 distribution centers in USA and Canada, assuring the goods arrived on time and without any loss .
• Operational manpower selection was part of the startup and the selection of 3rdParty logistics company was part of my responsibility, total managing was 43 people working as (3PL) associates and 3 people as a staff, Managing 1150 SKU.
