-Technical Management (2023 - 2024):

Successfully recovered a stranded ship for a year due to bureaucratic hurdles, class society, flag, and local marine authorities. The ship was delivered to its owner in Greece within three months.

Technical and Asset Management (2023 - 2024):

Provided support and led the reactivation of a Suplly Vessel, Drilling Semisub and an Accommodation Construction Barge; managed resources administration and technical asset re-certifications, representing the owner with clients regarding contractual issues. I also supervised on-site trials, contract tests, and checklists including DP FMEA trials.

• · Enforce the quality and quantity of workmanship by the direct labor force of the company, and all designated subcontractors, as well as associated professional services, in accordance with company plans, specifications and written and/or verbal direction from the Project Managers
