  • Company Overview: Materia is my second venture in the real estate sector. It is a development company, specialized in creating small to medium residential projects in some of Mexico City's most dynamic and sought-after neighborhoods
  • The company's primary goal is to cater to the end-user market by delivering products distinguished by exceptional design, superior construction quality, innovative concepts, and an outstanding customer experience
  • With three projects currently in development and two completed and delivered totaling of 115 units and Mx$1,030 mm in sales, Materia has established itself as a trusted brand synonymous with quality and reliability. This reputation has allowed Materia to capture market share and sell consistently at a significant premium over the average.

As CEO I have been responsible for:

i) sourcing, negotiating and legal structuring of acquisition deals

ii) underwriting deals and defining the product strategy based on market analysis

iii) leading the design process as well as the permits and licenses process

iv) overseeing the execution of marketing and sales strategies
