ARIBA - SAP plattform that helps businesses manage their procurement and supply chain processes.

Manage BP and FCST for IBL, ILN, and OBL logistics functions;

Explain monthly variations in financial results;
Provide strategies to identify cost and expense efficiencies to improve profitability;

Perform financial analysis to identify areas for improvement in current SCM processes;

Communicate monthly financial results to the CFO, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs);
Address requirements from Japan (NNA) and the USA (NML);

Address internal and external audit requirements;
Reconcile accounting records and task lists (SAP/Blackline);

Implement process automation to reduce processing times, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance budget traceability (Tableau, SharePoint, LETRA).

Manage accounting operations, including invoicing and revenue recognition.
Convert financial statements from MXN to USD in accordance with US GAAP.
Reconcile accounting accounts (SAP/HFM).
Prepare and publish monthly financial statements (BS/P&L).
Support month-end/year-end closing processes (Calendar/Fiscal).

Coordinate compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax returns (Transfer Pricing).
Global financial consolidation with parent companies in Japan and the USA, including financial reporting and accounting analysis using Oracle HFM.
Implement BlackLine for Task Listing and Account Reconciliations.
