  • Review around 300 articles for designing, understanding, and validating novel approaches for highlighting meaningful insights compared to other procedures from highly related species.
  • Manual project enhancement and inspection of the quality and behavior of the data and tools, with consequent protocol adjustment for hypothesis testing.
  • Management of credit funds and disk space for the bioinformatic analysis in the supercomputer cluster.
  • Enhancement of the correct installation and function of bioinformatic tools for the analysis.
