• START-UP OF LINES 2 AND 3 FOR CHAIN MANUFACTURING.
• Reconditioning and Modification of "CN2" machine for forming metal hooks.

• Inspected completed work to verify quality standards and compliance with criteria.

• Scrap reduction project with an 87% improvement of ingot scalping process with annual savings for about 3 M USD (58 M MXN)

• Coordinate and supervise the fulfillment of the production plan in the Heat Treatments area (Annealing, Quenching and Tempering) for structural screw and nail (fasteners).
• Management of unionized personnel (9 people in my charge).

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Increase by 10 pp. in the production of the Heat Treatments by the optimization of key parameters of the process.
