-Responsible for adjusting the level values on safety stocks and procurement strategies (VMIs, stocking agreement programs, ROP, Consignment) for indirect materials for the three plants at Chihuahua state.

-Leading SAP System change for three major manufacturing facilities at the Juárez and Delicias area, from SAP PR2 & MFG-Pro (Legacy TE) to SAP CS1 (Legacy CommScope)

-Responsible of the execution of different NPI, Footprint and System change projects, lastly worked in the PR2 Implementation P01 (legacy ADC) to PR2 (legacy TE)

-Managed capital funding requests of up to $3.8M USD from project approval to project closeout

-Managed 4 NPI Projects, 2 Footprint Projects per year in average

-Led corporate initiatives such as new ERP system implementation.

-Managed a group of 25 Production Planners at the Juárez and Delicias plants, supporting sales of ~$45M dollars a month

-Managing 3 main product lines/products such as Electronics (SMT, Wave Soldering, and Manual Insertion), Electromechanical and Fiber optics

-Coordinate with Master Scheduling, Product Managers, Manufacturing Operations, Stockrooms and Distribution Centers to support company’s S&OP plus projected capacity for the assembly lines

-Conducted workload, forecast analysis, and incorporated action plans to cover capacity vs demand gaps
